Return and Refund Policy

1. Return Policy

  1.  The product was purchased in the last 3 days.
  2. The product is in its original packaging (intact) and no seal is broken (unopened).
  3. The process of return and refund will be completed within a span of 7 to 10 working
  4. Reason for return has to be valid and return acceptance conditions (check on below)
    • Delivery of wrong item
    • Delivery of faulty Product
    • Delivery of products with missing parts
    • Incorrect content on the app

2. Cancellation & Refund Due to Product Unavailability

  1. Delivery of the ordered items is subject to availability of the products at our warehouse/store. Heguang Electronic Distribution Co. Ltd (OPPO Bangladesh) authority may cancel any order within 25 working days if the stock of the ordered item(s) is temporarily unavailable.
  2. If the customer agrees to wait for the availability of the stock of the product (s), the order may remain in open/processing/hold status for a maximum of 30 days.
  3. After confirming any Order, if the order is cancelled by the customer and an online payment is already made by the customer against that order, Heguang Electronic Distribution Co. Ltd (OPPO Bangladesh) will charge an Online Gateway Transaction fee while disbursing the refund amount within 7 to 10 working days.

3. Return/Replacement Guarantee May Not Applyin Anyof The Following Conditions

  1. Damages due to misuse of the product
  2. Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product
  3. Any consumable item which has been used or installed
  4. Products with tampered or missing serial / UPC numbers
  5. Any damage/defect which is not covered under the warranty policy
  6. Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.

4. Damaged Items

  1. If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

5. Sale Items

  1. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.

6. Shipping Charges

  1. Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return o f a product is non – refundable. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Heguang Electronic Distribution Co. Ltd (OPPO Bangladesh).
